Refunds and Returns

Pottery Classes

Due to the limited number of seats available in each class and the preparation required for every session, all class bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, your payment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us in advance with the new participant's details so we can update our records accordingly.

If you wish to reschedule your class, requests must be made no later than 5 days before the scheduled class date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the class, as materials, scheduling, and studio preparations will have already been arranged. By securing a class booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Ceramic Products

We take great care in packaging each ceramic piece to ensure it arrives safely. While breakage during transit is rare, ceramics are fragile by nature and unforeseen incidents may occasionally occur during shipping. To help us assess any shipping-related damage, we strongly recommend recording a clear, uninterrupted video while unboxing your package. This video should show the package in its unopened condition and continue through the complete unpacking process. Without sufficient documentation, we may not be able to investigate or resolve damage claims.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully within 7 days of the delivery date. Any issues regarding damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within this period. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for review or compensation. If an issue is reported within the required timeframe and appropriate documentation is provided, we will review the situation and work with you to determine a suitable resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping & Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact the assigned courier using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. We also encourage you to reach out to us so we can assist in monitoring the shipment and help facilitate communication where possible.

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your order. If an incorrect address, phone number, or recipient information is provided and the package has already been dispatched, Wabi Studio cannot be held responsible for any delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs that may arise. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the information before shipment.

Except in cases reviewed and approved under the damage policy above, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products that have been successfully delivered and received in good condition.
