Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and prepared by hand. Please allow approximately 3–4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after your purchase is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided and your order status will be updated on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier's service schedule.

Customers located in Jakarta and Tangerang may choose the "Self Pick Up" option at checkout and arrange delivery via GoSend or another same-day courier service. Once your order is packed and ready for collection, we will contact you with the pick-up details and schedule. Please wait for our confirmation before arranging a courier to collect your order.

Please note that all courier arrangements and delivery fees for GoSend or other same-day services are the responsibility of the customer. Wabi Studio is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit once the order has been handed over to the courier selected by the customer.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)

All domestic orders are shipped via JNE. We offer complimentary shipping for the first 1 kg on orders above IDR 600,000. Any additional shipping charges beyond the covered amount, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore, with shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. For international customers outside Malaysia and Singapore, please select the "Self Pick Up" option during checkout and complete your order as usual. Once your order is received, we will contact you via email with available shipping options and a separate invoice for the delivery cost to your location.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Wabi Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import-related charges in your country.
