By accessing or using our website, browsing a pottery class, commissioning a custom work, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, class, or collection at any time without prior notice. All products are handmade and may contain natural variations in size, shape, color, glaze, and finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Items may sell out and may take time to be restocked, if at all. Where a product is permanently unavailable, it may be removed from the website without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, processing times, and delivery responsibilities are described in our Shipping policy. Please review it before placing an order.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and damage claims are governed by our Refunds and Returns policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

6. Pottery Classes & Studio Visits

All classes and studio visits require a prior reservation. Class bookings are non-refundable, though transfers and limited rescheduling may be available as described in our Refunds and Returns policy. As our studio is also our family's living space, we ask that all visitors respect the space and follow the guidance provided by our team.

7. Custom Orders & Commissions

Custom orders are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis. Commissioned pieces are made to order and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun. Estimated completion timelines are approximate and may be adjusted as needed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of Wabi Studio and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wabi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
